Information stored
PETSUMA may store products, categories, prices, stock levels, sales, returns, reversals, receipts, daily closes, photos, barcodes, shop profiles, notification history, sync conflicts, and diagnostic error logs.
How information is used
Information is used to run inventory, sales, reporting, backup, restore, alerts, authentication, and synchronization features selected by the user. PETSUMA does not sell personal or business data and does not use it for advertising.
Local and cloud storage
Core records can remain on the device. If Google Drive, Firestore, or Firebase Storage is enabled, selected shop records, backups, and product photos may be uploaded under the signed-in account and applicable shop access rules.
Google account
Google access identifies the selected account and enables configured cloud features. PETSUMA may display the account name, email address, and profile photo, and temporarily cache the photo. PETSUMA never needs your Google password.
Sharing and service providers
Data is disclosed only to provide features you choose, such as Google and Firebase services, device speech recognition, support email, or file export and sharing. Files already shared are controlled at their destination.
Security and control
PIN protection, biometric unlock, encrypted backups, and protected actions are supported. You can use the app locally, sign out, disable cloud features or notifications, and revoke Android permissions. Keep exported files and passwords secure.
