Data Deletion
Choose the level of removal you need

Back up anything you may need
Export or create a backup before deletion. Deleted records may not be recoverable unless a valid backup exists.

Remove the current shop from this phone
Open Settings → Shop → Delete Current Shop. This removes the selected shop’s local app records from that device.

Remove training products only
Open Settings → Shop → Remove sample products. This deletes only the PETSUMA training products and preserves your own records.

Remove all local app data
Delete local backups where they were saved and uninstall PETSUMA, or clear the app’s storage through Android Settings. Copies exported to other apps or locations must be removed there.

Request cloud deletion
Local deletion does not automatically erase copies shared with other devices. Email support from the Google account linked to the shop. Ownership verification may be required before cloud shop data is deleted.
